  Several years ago, I contracted him to do an addition to my house. We were hit with many delays while living in the mess of construction. He asked for an advance on the next draw to get the place under roof and when I gave it to him, he went on vacation the following week. He was very unresponsive for sometimes weeks at a time. He walked off the job before it was done because he refused to do what we agreed to do with the flooring and I was tasked with finishing the work myself with my own funds. It destroyed our family financially and forced a bankruptcy that I was fortunate enough to get out of keeping my house. Stay away from these shysters.
