  Called to request an estimate for a siding repair and I was told “we don’t do anything like that.” I returned with, “you don’t handle siding? Only roof work?” She said, “uh, huh.”. A little confusing considering the name of the company is ‘Custom Siding of Frederick’.

  Repair work is simply not a service that we offer (other than warranty work for previous customers). Your review is similar to being upset with Foot Locker because they wouldn't fix your sneakers. You could try calling your insurance company. A lot of times they have contractors they reccomend. Or hopefully by now you've found a local contractor that can take care of you.
