  I would rate this business a 10 if I could. The knob from my shower broke off at my townhouse. My manager wasn't answering and my shower was starting fill up fast from all the water coming out. It was 10 p.m. and I called Customer Plumbing and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Miles. What a fantastic hero. He walk me through the process of finding my water main and helping shut it off. He truly helping me from serious water damage. I will definitely be using them again as well as recommending them. Thank you Miles so very much. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

  Awesome work. Very professional. The owner or real people answer the phone, return calls, set up timely appointments and are very helpful. Helpful. The plumber was extremely competent and professional. I definitely recommend Custom Plumbing in Redding.

  Excellent, fast service. Their experience showed in how fast they located the leak (even though it was inside a wall) and repaired it. What I was expecting to take days or weeks was repaired in a couple of hours. I have found a plumbing company to use without a second thought and to refer to family and friends!
