  I highly recommend Jake and Phil at Custom Onside. We used them to replace our roof that was damaged by hail and repaint some areas of our house that were also damaged. They were responsible, respectful, and easy to work with. Throughout the process they were always on time to appointments and accommodating of our schedules. They answered every phone call, text, and email in a timely manner and always made sure we were happy with the work that was done. Both the roofing and painting teams that they work with were careful, clean, and polite. I have already recommended them to others and would definitely use them again.

  Just had the best experience with Custom Onside roofing. The house next to me did burn down so I was worried about my roof. They came out and checked it for me free. Jake said there was only minimal damage from the wind and he would send me a work order. Instead of a work order, Phil (the owner) offered to come by and fix the shingles that just needed some hammering and silicone. He came by and finished quickly. He said it was so minimal he didn't even charge me! Best experience ever!! They have excellent reviews on Google and the reviews were correct. Very friendly and professional.

  Phil and Jake were Awesome! BEST contractors to work with they answered all my question in a timely manner they were knowledgeable and thorough. There crews did great work and were very professional. There patience’s has been greatly appreciated while working with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Thanks guys!
