  We are extremely happy with the work Custom Home Improvements provided. Keith came to give us a quote and when he started to answer our questions and acknowledge our concerns, it felt just right to work with them. We felt so comfortable with the decision we made right away. When the on-site crew arrived, they got right to work! A HUGE thank you to Francisco, Neil, and Jazmin who were VERY patient with our questions and paperwork. What we personally liked about them is how well they communicated with us via txt messages or phone. The highlight of this process is that they listened to our needs, for example we were cornered about our new skylights being installed (because we had a previous leak left by sellers) but they assured us that the installation would be professional and they would go above and beyond to assure a proper water drain ramp to assure no leaks would happen which left us so happy. We also never felt pressured while working with them. Their attention to detail is delightful as they left our home clear from any debris (no random nails left on our driveways phew). Thank you so very much to Custom Home Improvements from an amazing job! We pay for what we get, and they provided the best customer service and a job well done. Overall we give them a well deserved 5 stars. Thanks for our roof and skylight installation, now we can finally enjoy some rain!

  We are extremely happy with the work Custom Home Improvement did on our house! They are professional, prompt, friendly, and hard working. We had lots of questions and everyone was always ready to answer them or would promptly get back to us with the answers. Giovanni came out for our quotes and went over the details for replacing our trim, fascia, soffit, front porch railings, and gutters. He was courteous, professional, prompt, and helpful. Kim did a phenomenal job removing and installing the trim, fascia, soffit, and front porch railings. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is top notch and he is professional and friendly. Chris and his coworker did an outstanding job on our gutters. We have some unique corners and bends on our house and they were able to skillfully adjust the gutters to fit perfectly. Mark and Neil both exceeded our expectations with their knowledge, professionalism, friendliness , and in keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. A huge thank you to all of them!! We highly recommend Custom Home Improvement!!

  I had a truly fantastic experience. Keith came out and did an estimate for me, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out my roofing products, then he explained the next steps of the process to me. They were able to promptly schedule me for 10 days out. They communicated to remind me roof day was coming! Their crew was punctual, friendly and professional. They did such a beautiful job and their attention to detail really impressed me, every aspect, down to picking up every single piece of debris was executed with precision. I could not be happier.
