  Called for help with a roof leak. They took my info and told me they would call back to schedule. 5 days later and no call. I understand not being able to come out right away but to not even call back in unprofessional.

  Custom Exteriors replaced the roof on my elderly home and garage. They had to replace the shingles, decking and ventilation system. From the beginning, they were great… no high pressure, they carefully discussed options and listened to my concerns. They communicated well with me and the insurance company. The workers came to work on time. They cleaned up their mess and left me with a beautiful new roof. If you need a new roof, they deserve your consideration. Great company!

  It was a real pleasure to work with Custom Exteriors installing my new roof. From the salesman, crew foreman, crew and clean up, it was a job well done. They treated me like family and communication was very good. Roof looks great, too!
