CTI inspected our roof after a water leak inside was discovered, and found evidence of wind damage. CTI worked with the insurance adjuster, and was able to help secure 100% replacement coverage. The old roof was removed, and the new roof was installed that same day. Jose was very professional and helpful during the whole process. I am very satisfied with CTI.

Struggling with my review of this company. On one hand, the employees have been kind and professional. On the other hand, there have been lots of issues. 1. They overcharged my insurance over $600 when replacing my roof two years ago. I caught the discrepancy and got it resolved. 2. I had a shingle failure within three weeks of installation in 45 mph winds. They fixed it, but should have been a sign of things to come. 3. Had significant damage in the Sept. 2020 windstorm in Davis County. Over two months later, CTI and their manufacturer are in a "he said, she said" battle over who is at fault. In the meantime, my roof remains damaged as winter lurks right around the corner. The roof materials and installation are both within the warranty period. 4. CTI is not seemingly willing to honor their warranty. 5. CTI should have repaired my roof immediately and done negotiations w/ the manufacturer to pin final blame and cost burden. Instead, as the homeowner, I am being asked to shoulder the cost of the repair and also to act as the mediator between installer and manufacturer. The people have been kind; the company's way of doing business has left much to be desired.

Hi Jess, I wanted to wait until I was sure this issue had been addressed and to my knowledge it has been. You should have received a personal video apology from Reed Haws, the president of CTI Roofing. In that video, Reed stated very clearly we dropped the ball and that we have earned this review. We also have stated we will take full responsibility for the repair of your roof regardless if it is an installation issue or a manufacturer's defect issue. In either case, we will take care of the problem and you will be made whole. There was no excuse for our failure to handle the issue at the time it was brought up, but to my knowledge this issue has been resolved. Mr. Haws also gave you his personal phone number in case you need to connect. If there is any issue unresolved, please bring it his attention via personal connection and he will take care of it. On behalf of the entire CTI Team, I want to apologize for our dropping the ball. Hopefully, our actions to correct the issue will assuage any remaining frustration you rightfully have felt. If there is anything else, please call Mr. Haws directly.
