  I got so lucky with CTC roofing. We recently bought a house and the homeowner's insurance we have did everything in their power to make our lives difficult. (They wanted us to get a new roof! Our roof is only 3-4 years old and came up clean on our four-point inspection! That's a review for another time though.) Toni must be the single most patient person in the world, as well as incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to help me get all the crazy documentation that the insurance was requesting (I needed an extension on them dropping us, it's hurricane/rainy season right now) as well as talk me through different options and price points on how we may appease them. In the end, CTC repaired some roof tiles, and from the pictures (I'm not climbing up there!) it looks good as new! Overall, incredible experience. Highly recommend.

  Excellent inspection report, great work on the installation. Phenominsl sense of urgency to get the job done on a specific timeline so we could obtain insurance on our new home. Will use them in future

  Hanna here w/ my follow up - The job is done : )CTC Roofing is the best roofing company I’ve had to deal with in over 45 years of home ownership. Both Toni and Carlos are professional, direct and customer satisfaction driven, therefore a pleasure to engage. This was a large flat roof w/ tie in-to the main roof line, my biggest concern. I was assured this would be secured and not a problem. They do not rush the job or the process to ensure everything is in order for a smooth operation. The job was completed in a timely manner and rest assure Jordan’s workmanship is exceptional! The problem area I’ve endure for many years, even after several repair attempts, has finally been resolved. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine. They worked methodically, respectfully, wasted no time and took no short cuts or skip overs. I highly recommend this company based on my personal experience. I will use them again for the main house re roof when the time comes. Thank you CTC Roofing! My Rating on a Scale of 1-10? I’d give them a baker’s dozen!
