  After the recent hail storm that did total damage to our roof needing to be replaced, we found out quickly that there were a LOT of roofing companies in the Dallas / Fort worth area to choose from on getting an estimate. We had multiple people from roofing companies knock on our door and leave business cards. After having 3 companies come and inspect our roof, the choice was clear without any doubts that CSI Renovations and Roofing had made a strong impression that is often lacking in the business world today, which is, "the customer comes first." Mike Wall, the licensed roof inspector that came, represented CSI Renovation and Roofing in countless ways that went above and beyond our expectations from the initial handling of our insurance claim, to having a lot of patience with the rescheduling of appointments because of mix-ups on the fault of our insurance, to the prompt install of our roofing. If we could, we would rate CSI Renovations and Roofing 6 or 7 stars. You need to call this company and you will be fortunate to have Mike Wall come or any of the other people that come out that represent this company. You will be impressed with the outstanding quality of service from day 1, with putting you as the customer first, coupled with competitive value and dedicated people that not only get the job done, but are committed to the completion of high quality work on your roof replacement needs.
