  So happy with everything! The person I spoke with to schedule my appointment was so nice and friendly, once the parts were received for my car, the appointment only took about 1 1/2 for install and everyone in the shop was great as well. They did a great job! I'll definitely be using Crutchman again in the future.

  The quality of their work seems good but there are a couple of things I was not excited about. They installed a brake controller for me and my original wire should have been rerun with the wires they ran, but instead, they left it. They called me and told me the wire was ran quite precariously and asked me if I wanted them to move it and it would cost me more money because they had already run their wires 🤯. It seems to me like you would inspect the existing equipment if you were intending to use it prior to installing your own product onto the vehicle. The fact they wanted to charge me more labor just to move a wire seems quite ridiculous to me. Where I come from if people are going to do a job they just do it right for the price they quoted and that's the way it is. I guess when you live in the city and you have as much business as you'd like all the time you can do whatever. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the technician basically told me he was pretty sure I was going to have issues with that wire shorting out. WOW!!

  Excellent service and they took time to show how cover worked and that I knew how to use it and made sure I had no questions.
