  I love these guys. Tons of materials and samples to look at. Vinyl, shingles, doors, windows, trim, lumber, cabinets, shiplap, beadboard, tongue and groove, railroad ties, and on and on. Knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Amazing delivery drivers. Salesmen are top notch. I've built a few houses over the years, and crossroads has always helped me out. Even the corporate and billing offices are easy to work with.

  They do no treat there employees well. I worked at Muscle Shoals store as a driver for 4 Months in Summer of '18. I was there every day on time and did my job. I was told by manager Carl ''if you don't want to do it we will get someone who will''. If that is the case why can't he keep anyone over 2 weeks ? He has a my way or highway personality. The management position went to his head. IF it wasn't for driver Craig Moore the Muscle Shoals store would have folded up along time ago.

  Will not replace my window that was broken by their employee. Have had trouble with window for 4 years. Employee broke window in my presence last November. After repeated calls, they say they are not responsible for damage.
