  First, let me share that the experience I had with Crosby's was PHENOMENAL. Caroline, Dana, and Christian were super helpful at the office. Sean was great when he came out to give us a quote. Darius was excellent with scheduling the work and performing a walkaround once the work was completed, and the crew whipped the new roof on in a single day (which looks great - see pics). We swapped home insurance companies at the beginning of August. I was truthful with the insurance company in regards to our roof being worn/aged and in need of replacement. I informed them that I would be shouldering the cost of the replacement myself, due to the roof being 20+ years old. The insurance company noted it and then proceeded to write and issue the policy. 5 days after the policy was effective on 8/8/21, I received an underwriting cancellation, due to the roof being too old and a few branches overhanging the roof. The insurance company had given me 17 days to resolve the issue in order to reinstate the policy. 17 days was fine for removing the overhanging branches, but was far too short to replace the roof, even if there wasn't a pandemic. I called 4 separate places to receive quotes, explaining the situation to each one and the deadline I was working with. All agreed to come out on Monday (8/16) to give us quotes. Only 2 showed, of which Sean with Crosby's was one of those that showed. Sean gave us a quote on the spot. We never received a quote from the other company. We paid the for new roof the following day, and Caroline called to inform me that they would try to schedule to have the roof done within the next week. Later that same afternoon, I received a call from Darius (project manager), who scheduled the roof installation for the following Wednesday (8/25). This was great, as they were doing everything they could to help me meet my deadline and get my insurance reinstated. We were all ready to have our new roof installed on the following Wednesday. Well, it turns out the crew showed up Tuesday (8/24) to install the roof. A day ahead of the original scheduled installation date. The crew worked throughout the day installing the new roof and I can tell you it looks excellent and we are still looking up at the roof whenever we leave the house. Moral of this review is that Crosby's was a pleasure to work with, they did excellent work, and they showed that they really care about their customers. My insurance company is another story altogether. I would highly recommend Crosby's to anyone needing roof or gutter work done.

  Young man came and gave us a quote after taking about 30 minutes of inspecting our home. He was thorough and very polite. No high pressure, just an in-depth explanation of what he was proposing. The price was lower than I expected. The crew that put up the gutters was professional, polite, and had the gutters up in about an hour. I mentioned one area that I wondered about and the lead worker said he would put another piece in place that should resolve my concerns. He did this willingly. I am very satisfied with the product and the service. Highly recommend.
