  Brian's team installed a new roof on our house. Brian and his crew were very professional, they completed the job on time, they made sure our landscaping was covered before starting the project. The new roof looks great. I would hire them again. Thanks for a job well done.

  They took our totally unfinished basement and created a family room area, laundry room, bathroom and kitchenette. They did an amazing job that was very timely and done with excellence. Very happy with the process and the outcome!!

  We used Crosby for a new roof install in April. They did a great job in getting it done in a timely manner & with clean up. No complaints with that. However, at the time of getting the bid on the roof, they were contracted to do some small siding repair. I was told they would come back later. I was patient as I knew roofers were busy. I finally get an email in late June, they would be there that week to finish the siding repair. We got the siding out of storage, so everything was ready for them to complete the work. Unfortunately they didn't show. I gave them 2.5 weeks to show or call. No communication from them at all. I eventually contacted them. I was told "Yes I planning on coming by and the job we were working on took a lot longer than expected and I had to move to the next job because they knew that we were coming and going on vacation". Some form of communication would be nice. I told them, I'm moving on. The siding went back into storage. To summarize..Did a great job on the roof but if you have a small job that he committed too he seems to lose interest along with communication skills.
