I was very impressed with how fast Cropper a roofing got back to me. I had left messages with several other roofers and Cropper Roofing was the only business who called back. He was on time with the schedule. Was there when promised. Had the job done on time and efficiently! Great work!

I’ve used cropper roofing twice and have had a good experience both times. They had good communication, quality workmanship, and fair pricing. In fact, they even repaired a part of the roof that I had not realized was damaged.

What a joke! This company gave me a bid for some roofing repairs, at a cost of almost $10,000. They suggested I sign the estimate and return it to them. I may not be a genius, but I'm smart enough to never sign a document I don't understand. The people at Cropper roofing wouldn't or couldn't answer some simple questions, including: how much time will the project take, start to finish? can you explain some of the technical terms on the estimate in everyday English? These are very simple, basic questions from someone who is not a roofer but wants to understand the process that's going to possibly cost a lot of money. I guess Cropper roofing has no respect for their would-be customers. I've had expensive medical procedures that the doctors explained in great detail before performing. I've paid for car repairs that were costly, but the mechanic explained what they were doing and why it was needed. But roofers are a different breed of business, based on my recent experience. They don't answer emails submitted on their own websites. They use specialized jargon without explaining what it means or why it matters. They try to make you feel like you're somehow a pest or an inconvenience for asking questions. Something about this entire industry makes me nervous. The website for Cropper Roofing boasts that they've been in business for over 20 years. I'm surprised they'd last in business for 20 minutes with those terrible communication skills and business practices.

Zeppo, funny thing is that we don't have you anywhere in our customer database. Seems like you might have us confused with another company. I'm sorry you had a rough experience though. We've worked hard to improve our communication over the last year and now use detailed quotes to help customers understand the process better. For reference, most roofs take about a week and run $10,000-12,000. Of course every roof is different, and prices vary according to the materials you choose to use, but that's a decent ballpark. I hope we get the opportunity to show you what a great roofing experience looks like!
