Dealing with this business was a wonderful and worry free experience. They called when they said they would they came to the house when they said they would be there they are so very reliable. The two gentlemen that own this business are great to work with Andy and Kevin are the best. They are so personable you can't ask for anyone better to deal with. Our roof never looked better it was done in one day 20 square. Love these two guys...

These guys are very hard working and professional. From start to finish they updated me on the progress they were making. When they ran into several pieces of rotten plywood Andy immediately came to me and explained everything that was going to happen and I really appreciated that. With my age and being a widow, I think Andy went above and beyond explaining things to me and it was appreciated! When they were finished, they left nothing behind except a beautiful new roof. I would recommend them to anyone who needs honest and professional people to do work for you!

I regret using this company. The work they completed was poor quality and not to our contract, as you can see in the photos. I paid for a job that was not completed per the contract. There’s no barriers, no new shingles, etc. When in discussion of having this job complete, I was informed that the new shingles wouldn’t match perfectly which I was fine with. But that didn’t happen. They basically put everything over the current shingles and screwed it in. After they completed the job, it was still not fixed. I asked for my money to be returned so I can hire someone more knowledgeable in this, and I have not heard back. If you sign a contract for work to be completed, it needs to be completed per the contract or ratify it and inform of what changes need to be done.

We are sorry you feel this way Stephen but we do not regret having you as a customer. This job was to do work around two chimneys to stop them from leaking. This required new flashing to be installed. From our side of the experience, we absolutely should have done a better job setting expectations that removing and replacing shingles is not always required for this repair. In this case it was not and to Stephen's point we should have notified him. This customer has received a full refund but not because the work was of poor quality or because they complained. In fact, when the leak continued and was believed to be coming from the chimneys again, we went back out and upon an attic inspection we saw daylight coming from the ridge. We repaired that as well for this customer, and it is in our professional opinion that the chimneys no longer leak. We do feel like we could have done a better job at setting correct expectations and communicating with this customer and this our learning experience from this repair.
