Our home is a year old... we have mold growing, water standing and a mudpit underneath it. Our hardwood floor is buckled and it cracks and pops like an old house. We have spent thousands to fix this mess. Crick Construction (Barry Crick) does not stand behind his word and cuts every corner possible. Please think again if you are planning to buy a speck house from him or have him build your dream home. It is a nightmare.
