  Make this company your first call. Hands down the best contractor we worked with. I have high expectations from contractors from start to finish and Crest well exceeded my expectations. Our contractor, Vince, was very communicative from start to finish. He was prompt for our initial quote and let me know anytime work was set to start. We had almost everything completed by Crest except for siding and their prices were better than the other 5 companies we contacted. I would not hesitate to hire Crest for any future projects we need and made sure to tell everyone how happy we were with the final results.

  Tried to call this morning. No one picked up. Got a call back from an irate employee asking me to never call the number again. She had confused me with an irate customer that was trying to get in touch with the owner today. Such an unpleasant phone call. Seems like a very unpleasant, unprofessional and unorganized company. I was originally calling to see if they were hiring; dodged a major bullet there.

  They were supposed to meet the State Farm adjuster at a property and Crest Roofing never showed up. Don't fall for their big ad in the Repository. Look elsewhere if you need a roof.
