  I had Crescent City Roofing repair a roof for me. The roof had serious rot that originated from a leaky chimney seal job. The installed a cricket running between the roof and the upslope side of the chimney, which diverted water and eliminated the issue. They removed and replaced rotted joists and plywood. When completed they did a great job of cleaning the area. The pricing was fair, turn around from quote to work was excellent and communication and follow up was great.

  Used them a year ago and they did a good job on my leaky roof and did some extra work that showed was deteriorating. However I said I had some other repairs internal to the roof that I wanted to get a repair to but did nothing. I now have a second small intermittent leak. First appointment was no show and no call. Second time he showed but didn't get on the roof or bring a ladder and quoted to basically replace the roof. I asked for a quote on just what I asked for, Repair the leak but I'd take the quote for the whole roof to show a prospective buyer and recommend their company. He said he needed to come out again but was again a no show and no call. Since first phone call, this has taken 3 weeks.

  These guys were great, quick, a great price and jumped through hoops for us. We needed some things added and changed and they made sure we were happy and completely satisfied. Great business practices and I already passed their name on to my neighbors just as one of my other neighbors had done for us after we asked about their new roof. Can't say enough good things about them. Do your homework, get quotes and you will find these guys more than fair and you have at least 3 of us in my neighborhood more than happy with their work here in Penns Chapel, Mandeville.
