  Bob Ristow came and inspected my roof. While others wanted to just sell me something, he was honest. He told me my roof didn’t need replacement and offered to help me with the insurance company that was strictly going by age, not condition. He was honest, respectful, and on time. When I do need a new roof, I know I will be able to trust them and do quality work. Peace of mind is priceless. And Bob is a good guy. I would definitely recommend Craftsman.

  Update to roof installation my contractor was Terry out of Charlotte he was helpful and I liked him a lot. My insurance approved $16k. The roof looks good but that’s where it ends. They installed brand new shiny white gutters but not the downspouts that made no sense to me but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Which leads me to my biggest issue which is where my roof and metal roof that covers my porch meet my whole reason for letting them install my roof was him assuring me that they could fix the leak. About 2 months after they finished roof it rained and my porch was leaking water like crazy so I called Terry. He showed up a couple days later which was cool. He rerouted a downspout and said it’s fixed. Well the next week it rained and of course my porch is leaking I called him about a month ago he said he’d be come by well no show. About 2weeks ago I left a review on craftsman’s website it says they’ll review it and reach out well they didn’t and they hide my review and only show positive reviews and now I have to find a roofer to go behind there work smh

  Gil Arellano from Craftmans Restoration and Roofing helped me with my hail damaged roof. Gil met with the claims adjuster, forwarded pictures, then reviewed my insurance company claim proposal for adequacy, and I was able to have the claims agent make some upward revisions based on the information Gil provided to me. Gil explained that the claim was adequate to get a very very high quality roof. He also explained that getting many other roofing quotes would really just lead to the homeowner getting a lower quality roof. (He welcomed other bids and the opportunity to further explain his quote.) Gil was at the active job site and up on the roof everyday. He communicated / consulted with me often regarding options on details. My local city roof inspector sought me out, just to comment, "that is a great quality roof." That about says it all !!!
