  The people at this business are incompetent. Albeit nice, they misplace orders, double charge you for orders, sell you siding that has been discontinued by the manufacturer and don't tell you about it and so on.... Nice people but inept. Can't rely on someone like that when you have to drive 70+ miles to pick up orders and they tell you that they sold the pieces that they promised to put aside for you just 5 days ago.

  Mr. Bartley, We are sorry to hear your experience with us was not exceptional. We strive for excellence and apologize for not living up to that for you. While some of what you stated in your review is accurate, you also know that we fixed every situation for you. You also know that our manufacturer had not notified us that the style you chose was discontinued and offered you a replacement free of charge. You also know that we caught the duplicate charge within minutes of your leaving our store and we called you immediately to inform you we were refunding it. As for the material we held for you, it was still available to you and was picked up as soon as we were given your name. We did not have any additional material to be sold to the public at that time, and the only pieces in stock were being held for you. Again, we strive for excellence and we know we disappointed you, but we hope that you will give us an opportunity to work with you again.

  I have been here several times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If they don't stock what you are looking for, they are happy to order it for you. Very convenient location for those of us who live outside the Cookeville area.
