  We had a shower pipe burst during the winter storm last February that caused water damage in the master bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom flooring was continuous throughout the first floor, so that needed to be replaced as well. John Cox and his crew were great to work with throughout the process. They dealt directly with the insurance company and were able to get all appropriate items reimbursed. John was also able to work around the current supply chain issues and prevent any unanticipated delays that a lot of other homeowners we know have experienced. All in all, everything went as well as can be expected with a project of this magnitude. As an indication of our satisfaction, we are planning to also use them to replace our hail-damaged roof

  John Cox is very friendly, takes the time to explain everything patiently and makes proper recommendations. John and all his office staff are always very courteous and polite. They handle all the hassle and frustration of dealing with the insurance claims department. His company has done work for many very satisfied homeowners in our neighborhood for many years. We highly recommend doing business with them.
