  Did not replace metal flashings and have had hidden water damage as a result. Nice guy but didn't offer to repair or mention any type of warranty or discount on repairs. Also won't fix flat roof so I had leaks unknowingly and was never aware a section of my home was in need of repair. For over $15,000 I should not be having leaks in less than 5 years.

  I hired this company to repair the roof on my addition, and the roof on my enclosed porch. They did the job in one afternoon. They left very little mess, and what they did leave was only because I had the trash can locked in the garage. The bill was exactly what I expected. And while I didn't get to meet Lance and his employee, my mom, who was on site, said they were very nice and answered all of her questions. I would definitely use them again.

  Not happy with this company. We had siding done ,It took the person 1 month to do the job. They told us it would take 1 week. The guy doing the work was never there,and left nails all over the yard ,left a mess . Bad language, and attitude (with his son there)!! Always took days off,didn't show up half of the time. Will not hire this company again !!
