Cougar roofed my house many years ago. 2 years ago I noticed the roof was leaking and had caused the facia board to detiorate. Aaron did the mend but it was not successful. It's still leaking. This month I asked if he could remove moss from the north side of the house. He said he could and set up an appointment with me. He was a no- show. He didn't have the decency to call. I would have been glad to reschedule. Just a phone call is all a expected. No way would I recommend this company!!
