  Following a recent storm, we discovered a leak in our roof. We contacted Cosmic Renovations to come out and make the necessary repairs. Ben Itzhak arrived on time and proceeded to assess the roof and provide an estimate for repairs. He was very thorough, taking numerous photographs of the roof. Going over the photos, Ben explained what he saw and answered all our questions. After discussing our options, we determined a complete roof replacement was best. Their pricing was comparable to other companies in our area. The work was completed on schedule and Ben oversaw the project from start to finish. The workers were courteous and punctual. We recommend Cosmic Renovations & Roofing highly and would use them again!

  They came and gave me a price of $6000 to fix a small roof it was leaking. They fixed it but it was the wrong roof. They took another two months to come back to fix it. I called two other companies and they said it was a $2500 job not $6000 they said I got completely ripped off. I felt the sale guy just saw me and thought I can make some mine off this senior older woman. Please do not do business they are out for money only and not a good job. Wish I could sue them for ripping off an older woman shame on this company.

  Hi Shirley we understand your concern, we're not sure which licensed construction company will offer $2,500 for the project we had done for you. We had over 300 sqft of tiles, we installed a ULD 50 (which is the most expensive and best underlayment in the industry), we also fix your drywall in the garage about 100 sqft. We would never take advantage of our customers and always try our hardest to give the best price in the market.   Blake came to my house on 3/28/22. Nice guy, talked about options for the roof. Never heard from him again, no quote received. I gave him a discount coupon from their ad for 25% off. He took it with him, is this the reason for no response? Not a good look for Cosmic.
