Terry and Eric were very responsive and helpful before the roof repair, until they got paid by my insurance company. The work was done quickly however, they tried to charge me for additional charges that my insurance company did not approve so I questioned it and did not pay them the additional charges. In February or March my roof was leaking into my garage so I called them, Eric came and looked at it and told me I needed to insulate my attic. He said they would look at the work that was done when the weather warmed up a bit. I called him again in July he said they would come look at it in a few weeks and so far no contact from them since then. I text him Sept 2nd and no response. Very responsive before they get paid, as far as warranty work....they are NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL!!!!
