Corley Roofing was great to work with.  They removed 2 layers of shingles and replaced my entire roof in 1 day!  Gutters were completed even faster!

I just spent an hour or so with Josh from Corley Roofing this morning.  He came by to give a free estimate on a roof "leak" problem we are having.  He identified several areas where we could be having potential water problems that were not the roof.  He gave me guidance and upon looking at both roofs told me they were both in good shape.  He noted that our second roof would probably need to be replaced in another two years but stated that whoever had done the work initially had done a good job.  He did say that the materials tend to wear out after about 12 years.   He is very knowledgeable and thorough and I plan on calling them for all future roofing issues.  Side note he identified where he believes water is coming into our kitchen from work done by another company and caulked around the area but told me it was temporary and the issue should be looked at by a plumber for the roof vent and then they could put a new vent top.  He never tried to sell me anything, he was just intent on trying to find the problem.  I need a Josh for all the problems in my house, he was awesome!

Corley Roofing was unresponsive. I had a few questions about the roofing project. I waited two days for someone to call me. I was told the owner was out of town, if so just say that. Mr. Corley’s son was suppose to call,  of course he never called. I can’t speak to the quality of work because they didn’t make it to that point. I hired another company that actually wanted the business.

This review is inaccurate. It is true that John Corley had to unexpectedly go out of town for a close friend's imminent death due to cancer. This information was relayed to you. In John's absence, his brother Rick Corley did call and spoke with you and answered your questions. This was all done within a 24 hour period. We do apologize that we couldn't get back to you the same day due to this unforeseen circumstance. We are a family owned & operated business so we take reviews such as these very seriously. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.

Corley replaced our entire roof. The whole process with them was very straightforward and easy. They have us multiple estimates as we initially thought we would only have part of the roof redone but their prices were very competitive. They were very quick and also did a great job with cleanup. The only negative item was a small part of the vertical siding got chipped off when the old shingles were being removed. I would have preferred if their fix had been to replace the piece of siding but instead a small cover was just placed over it- it looks awkward.

We would use them again.

Josh from this wonderful company came out to inspect our roof. we were under the impression that we would have to replace our roof given information from other companies. Instead, Josh got on our roof, found the leak, caulked the area and assured us that we have a few years left on our roof. Above all that, he completed this free of charge!! Excellent customer service and super responsive. We know who we will be going with when it’s time to replace our roof.

Corley Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. was referred to me by our realtor, Jim Roy of LuxManor Real Estate. They did a great roofing job for us at our home a few years ago and they have remained accessible whenever we've had a question. Just this week, Josh Ralls was kind enough to come back out and identify the source of a ceiling leak, which turned out to be a problem with the chimney. They are honest, very quick to respond, professional, reasonably-priced, and do high-quality work. Highly recommend!

They replaced our entire roof and we couldn't be happier. They gave us a great deal; showed up on time; finished on time; and did a super job cleaning up nails and debris all around the house. It's been several months and we haven't come across a single nail. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied customers.

Family owned business that is highly respected and extremely professional in the trade. John and Rick are the best in the business. Their teams educate the consumer with consultative approach vs. a hard sale. Very knowledgeable, time conscious and cost friendly for every budget.
