  Had some small leaks from the shingles roof being old. Dan was on time and inspected the roof and told me how much will cost. We "shook" hands ( agree on the price) and he was done in 2 hours. No leaks after that. We recommended him to others as well and they are happy with the repairs.

  I saw he had good reviews on Next Door, so I called him to fix a leaking skylight. He was done in 15 minutes and charged me $475. That makes his hourly rate $1900/hr. That's more than a brain surgeon makes. Overpriced? I think so. It's a shame to see someone who might have been a fair value at one time cash in on their reputation.

  Coppers did a roof "repair" where there was a leak for me last month. He came over to the property and with-in 15 mins was gone claiming he fixed the issue. He charged me $175 for the "repair". The leak continued after his "repair". When I went up on the roof to inspect, i found that nothing was done. Coppers basically stole my money. I would give him no stars but that option is not available. Please note that I gave the Coppers the opportunity to respond to me and he did not. Although the roof repair was never completed, I do want to acknowledge and appreciate the fact that Copper's Roofing did send me a refund for the money that I had paid them, after this post was made.

  We are sorry to hear that there was an issue with this. We did some research on our end and we think this might be related to the property on Conway Blvd. We received a check last month from LMA Homes in the amount of $175 but were not sure what it was for or what job at the time. If you left a message then it might have gotten deleted from the machine or it was one of the many times our ISP has delivered poor service. If this IS in regards to the Conway property, the job was never started or completed. There was no signed statement of work, and we didn't have a phone number to call in regards to this job to get it started and completed. Please call again or email us an email at [email protected] and we will look for the message to resolve the issue. UPDATE: We were contacted and a check was mailed and cashed.
