  I highly recommend Copper Creek Contractors. We had a tree fall on our house in early 2021, and I called two local companies for help. One company said they’d call me back the following week to schedule someone to come take a look. When I called Jeremy, he answered immediately and was here the next day to help. From beginning to end, Jeremy was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. He always wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and checked in multiple times before, during and after the project was done to ensure we were satisfied. Many companies are only concerned with the bottom line- Jeremy and Copper Creek truly care about the client! When a second tree fell on our house in late 2021, just a few months after our brand new roof was completed, I did not hesitate to call Jeremy again. He again went above and beyond to help, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a wonderful company during such stressful times. Thank you Jeremy and Copper Creek Contractors!!

  As new homeowners in Champaign, we're in the process of identifying companies that we confidently believe will take care of a home like it's their family’s own. Our experience with Copper Creek Contractors was excellent. They were responsive, prompt, and started the project within two weeks of the initial conversation and quote. We had the builder gutters replaced on our home with a 6" system to remedy drainage. We prioritized trust in the group over cost and didn't even think to find a second quote after speaking with Jeremy; I would put them up against anyone. They did a great job communicating through the entire process, including identifying errs made in original construction (leading to our drainage problems); we perceived that recommended changes were in our interest rather than increasing the overall project cost. Jeremy even made a special trip to Champaign to ensure the colors we picked were cohesive with the home. Came back again after the installation was finished to ensure they were functioning correctly and there were no leaking joints. Professionalism during the project, including from the on-site gutter crew, was outstanding.

  We had a leaking Four Seasons Room with water coming in through a ceiling fan, and dripping into the living room fireplace. We had 4 companies look at the roof. We chose Copper Creek Contractors to do the repairs and put new roofs on both the house and the Four Seasons Room. The previous roof (before we bought the house 2 years ago) was installed without flashing, over old worn-out tarpaper. They also redid the garage door frame, which had water damage, and removed the siding around the garage door, which had no waterproof wrap under it, and wrapped it with Tyvek. The crew was efficient, on-time, and cleaned up after everything was done, including going over the yard, driveway, & sidewalks with a wheeled magnet - twice - to pick up any nails that might have escaped as the old roof was removed. They did a super job, and Jeremy Janes - the owner - was on-site multiple times to answer questions, and explain anything we inquired about. He asked us to call if anything comes up related to their work since they finished. He is also very responsive and quick to answer text messages and phone calls. We will definitely call Copper Creek Contractors again should we need their services. Thank you!
