  I hired Coppens roofing to replace my upper roof drain. Upon completion of the work, we noticed that it was leaking. When I called and asked them to assess and fix their work I was told they were "too busy and that I should call another roofing company". The company I called said that the work was not done correctly and would need to be completely removed and replaced. Coppens cut out the area of my white membrane roof around the drain and used an incompatible black material to seal the area back up. They also left the roof drain sticking up above the roof membrane so the water can't even drain and just pools up around the drain. The whole job needs to be redone now to stop the active leak from around the newly installed drain. I would definitely not recommend Coppens Roofing.

  Have a leak somewhere and after $1800 trying to fix it I still have a leak. Can’t seem to find where the leak is.
