  Highly recommend Cootes Farms Roofing. These guys are prompt, called me back immediately, and got out here the same day I called. We had a tricky leak and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Steven and Dale both came out and did an assessment, and were able to pinpoint the problem. Fixed the leak easily, with much more skill than I have. Solid work!

  ABSOLUTE SLOBS. I had my roof replaced, as did my other neighbor, and never had either of those roofers just let the trash fly. My garden was covered in tar paper confetti, which I am still finding pieces of, as well as pieces of shingle bags (and full shingle bags and cardboard). No apologies when I pointed this out, just "yeah" and "we will get to it", as if they would take any care to not trample my crops as the petroleum product seeps into my herbs and garlic. I cleaned it up, and continue to clean it up.

  Could not be happier with the team at Cootes Farm. They came out to look at rotten soffit. They not only repaired that but fixes the root cause as well without over selling needing a roof. Very trustworthy, very good work, very professional. When it is time to fully replace our roof and gutters we will be using them
