  Cooley construction came to my rescue! I had a pipe burst and once the water was cleaned up I needed a contractor. I could not be more pleased with how easy they made the renovation for me. They do fantastic work and in a timely manor. If I had a question Caleb was always attentive and answered them promptly. From demo to complete renovation Cooley Construction made it east and we could not be more pleased with the results.

  We appreciate Cooley Construction Co, LLC so much for building our forever home. My husband and I were new to the building experience and they were very patient and knowledgeable. They are great guys that do great work!

  DO NOT USE!!! New home construction and over a year later our home STILL looks like a bunch of grade schoolers dry walled and painted it. Crooked windows, uneven floors, wavy ceilings and walls, etc. Have given them plenty of opportunities to make it right. Now we have to hire and pay (again) for all of the issues to be corrected. Likely going to result in litigation. They are nice as can be and will promise you they are some of the best in the business. Until they get your money and then it is nothing but excuses and unprofessionalism. Save yourself a HUGE headache and run away from this "business"!
