  Cookeville Roofing and construction put a metal roof on our home in July 2021. They said they would email me the warrantee and they never did. I called many times, texted many times and still nothing. In Jan 2022 we had a leak in the master bathroom. I called and left messages, texted too. They sent one reply asking for my address. I sent it to them and now it's been 2 weeks since that text. Still nothing, no reply, no call back. We have been getting a lot of rain and it's still leaking, They never answer the phone and won't return my calls. I don't think I should have to call someone else to fix a roof that's not even a year old. Buyer beware of this company.

  They’ve done some roofs for my family and a couple friends. They are very punctual, and do great work! I highly recommend you use them for your roofing needs. They do much more than roofing too!!!

  I've had this company install 4 roofs for me on rentals in the past year every one of them look amazing, was fairly priced and done in one day, I would definitely like to recommend them for your roof.
