  Everyone from Carlos (the owner), his administrative assistant, and the crew were very professional and detail oriented. We were on a tight time frame to get the work done and they were able to fit our request in their schedule and completed within our deadline. I particularly liked the ability to go online and view various styles of shingles on homes that were done at their past jobs. That option, plus Carlos' input, was a huge help.The estmate was thourough and precise upon completion of the job. The crew also did an excellent job with clean up. I would highly recommend this business.

  Continental Roof Company repaired my roof previously. The roof started leaking again in the same area as before. I immediately contacted Continental on February 9th, 2021. I understand there was snow on the roof and too dangerous to inspect at that time, but I had hoped once the snow melted they would go and check out the work they previously did and find out why the roof is leaking again. From 2/9 - 3/2 - 3 weeks I called the office 7 times, and kept getting excuse after excuse. Long story short - no one ever went out, returned my phone calls, and basically blew me off. In the meantime the rain is coming in my foyer and every day this is not resolved it causes more damage. Continental Roof Company obviously did not repair the roof properly and certainly does not stand behind their work. I definitely would not recommend them and would give them zero stars. In response to your response - When I had called for the 5th time I was told that someone did go out there, but there was another roofing companies truck there. Not sure how I can make this more clear - we did not contact any other roofing company and the truck you saw must have been for another house. As far as not showing you ever did the work - I also informed Becky that I am happy to get a copy of check #1405 in the amount of $2,000.00 that was paid to Continental Roofing for this property. "We can't be held responsible for everything that goes wrong with a roof that someone else installed". Completely agree. The only thing we had asked is you be accountable for the $2,000.00 work you did for the repair. Let me make this clear - not once did we ask for any repair work to be at no charge. Had you actually gone there and saw what needed to be done to stop the leak and felt the new leak had nothing to do with the previous leak and the repairs you made, than you most certainly could have billed for the 2nd repair. It would just be a coincidence that the leak in the foyer is in the same place as last time.............

  My apologies for not making this anymore clearer. First & Foremost, our rep DID go to the property on the day of the set appt. There was a gentleman and truck from another roofing company there. Since we Do Not show a record of having done anything on the property (We show that we looked at a repair nearly 2 years ago, but never did anything) and we saw the other roofer, we assumed you found someone else to repair it, and I simply left. If it was a repair that you insist we did, there is a 1 year warranty on any and all our repairs. It's been nearly 2 years since. We did not build your house and we did not roof your house. We can't be held responsible for everything that goes wrong with a roof that someone else installed. When was the repair supposedly done? We do not show any money having been taken in...how did you pay for it. We hoped that you would have provided us with a paid invoice/canceled check for the repair before writing this review. We do not have a record of ever doing a repair on that property and you yet have not provided is with proof that we did, that you paid for it and/or that it was less than a year ago. UPDATE AS OF 3/15/2021 this person has still not submitted a paid receipt, signed contract or cashed check copy proving that we've ever done any work on this property. We believe she has us confused for another company. In several communications, we asked for proof of payment for any work she purports we performed . She has failed to do so. Update 3/26/02021 reported this review to Google but they won't remove it, despite the lack of any proof to what the reviewer has posted.

  Continental Roof Company is outstanding! I used them for overall roof repair. My son, his best friend and my best friend all three used them to install a new roof. They did a great job on all three! We have nothing but good things to say. Their owner, Carlos Sanchez is "Top notch"!! He is a man of character. They say it starts and ends at the top. I highly recommend him for any roof repair or installation. They've not done anything with our gutters, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them today if I needed gutter work.
