I just got new gutters and had a gutter tune-up done on my personal home and our commercial office building. Both jobs are perfect! Very easy, reasonable, showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. I can 100% recommend them for ANY gutter job you have.

While I cannot complain about the quality of the material, I am writing this to let you know about my experience with this company. They came out and installed the gutters. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that one of the downspout elbows was installed backwards and was causing the water to leak out of the downspout. I sent a video to Conifer Gutter and Theresa said they would send someone out to fix it. She also apologized and said that the person who installed it was new. While I understand everyone is new at their job at some point, I would have at least though there would have been an experienced person there to monitor and check his work. Fast forward a few weeks and it was still not fixed. I called back and spoke to Theresa again. She said someone would be out soon. An individual did come out and fix the downspout. In doing so, he also noticed that there were some screw holes that were also leaking. He mentioned that this is usually due to over tightening of the screw. He also mentioned that the person who (for the most part) installed my gutters was brand new, was the boyfriend of another employee, and was no longer there due to bad work. I asked him to check the other downspouts and at least 3 were leaking from screw holes. He said he needed to come back out to fix the issue and would not take my check until that was done. Fast forward another month and I receive a notice in the mail that I have not paid and that it is overdue. At no point did anyone from Conifer Gutter call or let me know that the someone came out to fix the screws. Apparently it was done while I was not home. I am a little annoyed that they decide to send me an overdue bill notice when no one thought it was important to let me know the the work was actually completed. I am happy with the quality of the material, but the communication and the fact they chose my house as a guinea pig for a new employee (without proper oversight) is a bit disheartening. I would recommend them again, simply for the fact that the gutters are stout and well built and they were always nice. I just had a bad experience with them and no one really lifted a finger to make me feel better.

Our installer was able to came back that same day with materials to correct the issues under our 5 year workmanship warranty. Someone should have contacted you to let you know it was complete, I sincerely apologize for our miscommunication. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Rest assured your system is covered under our 5 year workmanship warranty.

Conifer Gutter did a fantastic job replacing the gutters. My ice dams are gone and water is flowing much better. Customer service was awesome, they were on time, did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this business to all of my friends!
