  This company is amazing. I shopped around for a storage shed and Conestoga Builders ended up being the best by far. The entire process was smooth from start to finish with plenty of notice of the process and very responsive to any questions along the way. I would gladly use them again without any hesitation.

  On August 6th, 2016 my wife and I purchased a swing set and a portable building at Conestoga builders in Covington, GA. The salesperson(s) were Sarah and Mike. Sarah completed the sale, paperwork, money, and receipt for the portable building before she left for the day, while Mike completed the sale, paperwork, money, and receipt for the wooden swing set. The contract states a 10-21 working day time period for delivery of the building. The building we made a $300 down payment by check that day on August 6th, 2016. The swing set we purchased was a return and was sold to us at a discounted rate of $1500. The swing set was at the Conestoga lot in Covington, GA on the day we purchased the swing. I made it very clear before and after I purchased the swing set and the building that I wanted the delivery to take place of both products on a Friday or Saturday because I worked throughout the week and I wanted to be present when the products were delivered. Yet, on Wednesday August 17th I get a phone call from a driver saying he was gonna deliver the swing set that day. I told the driver that I would not be home till after 4 pm. He then said that he had other things to do and would deliver the swing set later on that day. I agreed only if he came before dark, the driver agreed. On this same evening of August 17th, the driver called back and said he wouldn't be at my house before dark and that I would have to arrange delivery another day. The swing was delivered on August 19th, 10 working days, 13 days in total after purchase was made. All the numbers listed on the swing set contract are out of order or don't work at all. Since we purchased the swing on August 6th but didn't receive the product until August 19th, we were unsure of when and where to make the next payment. So my wife called Conestoga and spoke to the owner of the lot named Richard Grosse. He told her that there was no pressure to make a payment, just whenever she felt she needed to come in a make a payment. So my wife asked where do I make a payment and Richard stated at the Conestoga lot. My wife confirmed with Richard that the swing set was not delivered until August 19th so therefore she we make the 2nd payment on September 19th. Richard agreed by saying no pressure, pay anytime after September 19th. On September 10th, 2016 I still had not received the portable building. It was 24 working days and 35 regular days since I purchased the building, yet the building still had not been delivered. I spoke with Richard Grosse on September 10th on the phone and simply asked if my building was finished being built and when could I expect delivery. He said that he doesn't work on Saturdays and that he was closed. I asked for the manufacturing phone number so that I could check on the progress of my building. Again, rudely Richard responded with a harsh, I'm not working..not everyone works on Saturdays. I decided to go by the lot to see if the lot was closed. The lot was open and receiving business. I went inside Conestogas and spoke with Mike. He claimed to not know what was going on. I then decided to cancel the order on the building and requested to cancel the swing set as well. Even though I received the swing set, I no longer wanted to deal with such arrogant and unprofessional people. Mike assured me that someone from Conestoga would contact me on Monday September 12th, 2016 to process my refunds for both products. On Monday September 12th at 11am I still hadn't received a phone call from Conestoga, so I called them. Richard Grosse was again rude, unprofessional, belligerent, and proceeded with name calling when I asked for my refund. Richard called me poor and said that I just need to go to Home Depot to get a building.
