  Complete Industries was recommended by my insurance agent. I wish we had checked with a few other roofers before we agreed to use them, but our agent's recommendation seemed like an endorsement and it would an easier way to resolve the claim. It took them right at a year to complete the roof, gutters, window repairs, etc. While the schedule wasn't really a big issue, the lack of information from the Project Manager was very, very poor, and nearly non-existent unless we called him, emailed, and pressured him for information and updates. He liked to sit in his truck and look at his phone when he was here. The new Project Manager was very good and was very good with updating us on activities but he came on-board very late in the project. The latest issue is a new leak that we never had before the roof replacement. They said they would be here today and check on it. They didn't show up and didn't call to let us know they weren't coming. Not very good customer service and I would not recommend them based upon our experience. Our neighbor's also used them and were less than impressed also.
