  We worked with Mark twice now, once last year and again this morning. He is incredibly responsive and professional. The type of individual you would trust to work on your house. Last year, we had a leak in one of our properties and he came out and inspected it for us free of charge. Ruled the roof out as a possible cause. Today, he inspected two of our properties roofs and again did not charge us a dime. Thankfully, neither roof required any immediate repairs but we would have happily handed the job over to Mark if necessary. He gave us peace of mind for the present and also for the future if we ever need his services again. Thank you, Mark, for your generosity of time and expertise! 5 stars!

  We found Compass Roofing through a Google search and are so thankful we did! Mark Flannigan came out to inspect our roof and didn’t try to oversell anything and he wasn’t pushy. He pointed out the two potential causes (one being our gutter) and offered solutions on how to fix the problem- straightforward and no gimmicks! He also went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before the upcoming ice storm so we didn’t have to worry about our gutters on top of other worries we had this week. A true gem of a human! We will definitely use Mark and Compass for our future roofing needs.

  Carey from compass roofing was amazing. I needed a really quick roof inspection and report and not only was he accommodating, he was early, super friendly and professional and generally exceeded my expectations. Very impressed and would only use this company for roofing needs in the future.
