Let me start with Clancy the technician who came to explain to us the different windows they had and how they worked was great and he was very helpful and patient with all our questions. We decided to order our windows with Community Builders and after 3 months we got our windows installed by Bob he is super nice and took care of the installation making it worry free he took the time to make sure everything was working and clean and windows look amazing, very satisfied with the the job they did. If I had to get new windows again I will definitely use this company but what I like the most is that they have life warranty, amazing!

Although it took a while to receive the windows, the installation and final appearance were well worth the wait! Our house is quieter and no drafts from the windows! We’d like to recognize Bobby and Devin for their awesome installation and making us feel special! We are very pleased and would recommend these windows to everyone

First Salesman lied. Claimed windows were made with just as good of quality as Anderson windows and he would know since he worked for Anderson Windows. We have some Anderson windows, they cost double, and are definitely better. These windows have some strange flex going on when you open and close doors. Sure, the appear to be assemble in a gas chamber so there are no rubber plugs to dry rot and leak out the insulating gases (argon) after 5 years, but these windows still don't seem great. Window quality assurance wasn't good, one window was cracked before it even arrived, another window was sealed with some junk inside. Replacement window also came in cracked. Next Install was not good. They did a terrible job installing the window gap fillers (plastic strips between window and siding before caulking). One window had the surrounding plastic dinged and it now looks damaged. Cuts were jagged, or too short so they just filled up the holes with caulk due to too short of strips. To make matters worse, they used 2 different colors of caulk! Half white, half clear. It was hideous and very obvious! When they left, they left sticky goo on the windows that I had a hard time cleaning off. It felt next to impossible to get off. It was not a professional or clean install. I reported it, and none of it has been fixed. They were supposed to fix it when they attempted to replace the first broken window, but didn't bother. Next timeline/responsiveness was terrible! signed the contract for the work in early January, work didn't start until April! They noticed the cracked window and ordered another. They asked me to sign on the contract that I agreed the work was done satisfactory before the work was completed. I said no, that wouldn't be happening. Replacement came in 2 months later (JUNE), they went to install it and found it was also cracked in the corner! Here I am at end of November, contract is still incomplete. I called, they forgot about me and said they could have swore all the windows were in. Well, I still haven't paid a dime because I never signed off on the contract being complete because its not. Now they're going to get someone out to me. My financing expired for the work because they're taking so long to complete the contract and requested an extension from the loan agency. I'm wishing I had paid double to Anderson Windows and just did the window replacements a little at a time. They mean business, are quick, and professional, and their warranty isn't fluff. My sunroom settled 3 weeks after the install of a sliding glass door, door buckled and back glass exploded, they came out and replaced it quick for free. Added a few photos so you can see the install work. There were a lot more photos than this, but figured this was enough for you to get the picture.
