  The whole team at CBX was amazing. The old roof was down day 1 and new one complete within a couple days. They were very careful about all of the roofing nails and made sure everything was cleaned up for the kiddos and our dogs. The new roof looks amazing! I highly recommend this company!

  I had CBX (Columbia Basin Exteriors) out to provide a bid for a new roof. The employee put his ladder in the middle of the Gutter crushing it. I was told by the owner that he would call back and 5 days latter still no call back. They are a Utah based company doing work in Bend, Or. Since the owner will not return a phone call, I am forced to file a lawsuit against the employee. If the owner can not deal with problem like this, I sure would not use then to install a new roof. Out of 4 bids they were the highest

  Taegon at CBX did a great job helping us replace our roof after storm damage last year. This is the second roof CBX has done for us on two different houses. They took care of everything with the insurance company and advocated on our behalf. The guys that replaced the roof were efficient and professional. CBX is an easy company to work with and provides a quality product. Definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to hire them again for future roofing needs.
