  A big thank you to Colorado Rescon for coming to the rescue during our recent storms. My basement flooded, and I called Rescon at the recommendation of a neighbor who had had a positive experience. Rescon arrived at my home within several hours of my call. They came up with a plan to mitigate the water and mold I had in my basement and sent a team the next morning to clean up the mess. While my basement was drying out, several individuals at Rescon helped me set up times for demo and reconstruction of my basement. Within two weeks, my basement looked like new. With two little kids under the age of 3, this was a God send, as I needed my basement and playroom back for my kids to play in. In addition, my husband travels quite a bit for work, and was out of town during this entire disaster, and the guys at Rescon did all of the things my husband couldn't do like move an extensive amount of furniture and cover/protect my belongings so they wouldn't get destroyed in the clean-up and demo process. Rescon is a one-stop-shop. In a natural disaster, there's nothing worse than having to coordinate and hire a bunch of different people to take care of cleaning up and fixing your house; Rescon coordinated everything: the cleanup, mitigation, demo, and reconstruction, and did so at a fair price, with honesty and integrity. They even met my Allstate insurance adjuster to make sure what they were quoting was covered, so I didn't end up with a giant bill at the end. Everyone that I dealt with from Rescon's management to their mitigation and construction teams were honest, thoughtful, kind and empathetic. I have recommended Rescon to my neighbors, who have also had very positive experiences. A big thank you, Rescon, for helping my family get our lives back to normal. My family and I live in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood in Denver, and I'm writing this review because I'm genuinely thankful for and appreciative of the services Rescon provided.

  Colorado ResCon, from the very beginning met & exceeded my expectations in replacing my roof. All the staff in all departments I dealt with were not only courteous & prompt, but also kept me updated on all aspects of the work to be performed.

  Colorado Rescon does horrible work. They sub-contract everything out to the lowest bidder. They put a bunch of fake reviews on here, to make themselves look good. Don't let them fool you.
