  Colorado Pros installed brand new seamless gutters on my brand new state of the art auto body facility. They did an excellent job for a fair price. and did it in a timely manner. I strongly recommend these guys!

  I cannot say enough good things about Colorado Comfort Home Inspections. Anthony showed up early, explained everything with clarity and preciseness, and was able to answer all of our questions. The report was easy to read with many pictures and labels to support our understanding. He gave us a homeowners guide which includes explanations of terminology and suggestions on upkeep. If you are considering getting a sewer scope with this company as well, DO IT!! The professional who completed the scope was just as knowledgeable as Anthony. He showed us a video and explained the report in full. They made it super simple to view the full report (and video of sewer scope) online and even followed up the next day. We truly felt taken care of and advocated for during this process. We will be recommending Colorado Comfort to everyone we know purchasing a home!

  On two separate occasions I’ve commissioned Anthony to inspect homes for me with stellar results. Both appointments were timely and thorough. The first, I requested he review a home I was considering for a flip but questioned possible items that weren’t visibly apparent. Not only did he point out some concerns, but also suggested other professionals, which ultimately saved me a lot of money and heartache! On the second visit, he meticulously inspected a home I ultimately purchased for myself putting me at ease with my purchase and even prepared a homeowner’s binder for future maintenance and repairs. His reports are detailed, organized, and easy to read complete with referencing pictures and comments. On top of all that, he runs his business in the same professional, organized, and detailed manner through email reminders and professional customer service. I highly recommend Anthony and have definitely added him to my very short list of local professionals I can depend on for quality and timely service!
