  We were looking at having a patio roof installed and looked at various companies and options/styles. We decided on the Renaissance Patio manufactured product for its quality and price over other standard style patio roofs. We have been extremely pleased with the quality, look, and how it has transformed our backyard living space. Several of our neighbors and friends comment on how beautiful it is and how it has extended our living area. Despite disruptions in the supply chain because of Covid-19, Colony Construction management kept us informed of the status of the project. The installation crew were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them if you are looking into getting a patio roof.

  I had a branch fall on my roof and put a hole in my roof. I called Colony and they were able to come out and take a look and give me a fair repair price. They were professional, courteous and quick. I was unable to use them because of my own finances. But will defiantly consider using them in the future.

  I had previously hired a "professional" by the name of James Simpson of Encore Construction. He was hired to remodel my shower and it was a complete disaster. Not only did he leave the job unfinished but also did incorrect and poor quality work. I used Colony Construction to destroy it all and make it the way I wanted. They found numerous code violations from the previous contractor and documented everything for me. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. The tile work was difficult but came out great. I would certainly recommend them for remodeling work.
