Colonial Exteriors is a very professional company delivering superior workmanship, personalized experience, & attention to detail. Chris runs a first class company, his employees follow his lead with integrity and competence. The team completed a 20+ building condominium project in Milford, CT encompassing; roofing, siding, gutters, and decking. They cleaned up the work site perfectly. Communication with Chris was always outstanding, his team showed up exactly when they said they would. Chris kept us informed during every phase of the job. This was a full team effort. We highly recommend Colonial Exteriors and the hard working team.

Chris and his crew went way up and beyond our expectations. They replaced our old roof and gutters. They handled our unexpected roof challenges that came up with ease and utmost professionalism. Our roof and gutters came out beautiful- actually they are installed better than when my house was built. Our yard was cleaned up like they were never there. Everyone was super polite, on time every day, and quality craftsmen. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough! Excellent!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
