  Advance has done a good work providing work to my entire building. We had 10 of our town homes reroofed and it was completed on time, and on budget. The team is professional and knowledgeable with many years experience in the industry. Any time I have a small leak I call them and they respond right away, as a maintenance manager for a high rise luxury condo time and results matter.I would recommend them for any project large or small.

  I have personally worked with this company and they are terrifc people to deal with the owners expectations are always high and he holds his people to the highest standards possible. They do fantastic to project with the needs of the people they are working for to make sure that the outcome of their project is exactly what they wanted. I will continue to use them and also work along side them in many projects in the future because they are the type of personally involved company that we need more of in the world today no corner cutting done right the first time

  The workmen called a day before to let us know arrival time and they showed up right on time. They were polite, neat and clean, and helpful. In one area that we thought there was a roof issue, they showed us the dilemma was a lot less than we thought (not the roof) and in another area they followed the water trail until they found the root cause and were able to repair it. They did not leave any debris and knocked on the door, letting my wife know they were completed. All-in-all, a excellent experience and recommended.
