  Highly Highly recommend!!! I’m a realtor in Lake Charles and had a clients home on the market when the devastation of Hurricane Laura and Delta hit the area. I had to remove the home from the market and coordinate repairs for a new Metal Roof. In addition, several other repairs to the home. Being that my client was elderly and already moved out of state, I had to coordinate & meet with his Ins. Adjustuster and set up all repairs with a contractor. I contacted Coleman Construction and they were extremely prompt to meet me at the home. Not only were they prompt at the beginning, they followed through and kept in constant communication with me on the status of when they would be able to obtain supplies for the job, start and complete all work. Shane, whom I dealt with throughout the entire process, was also so great with walking my seller/client through the, what can be, a complicated process with his insurance company. In a time of chaos and aftermath of the storms, Shane was super hands on, very informative, professional and followed through with everything they’d promised! From my first contact with Shane to the completion of all repairs was about 8 weeks. This was very impressive considering the lack of construction materials in a time of extreme high supply demand. I was able to get the home back on market for my seller quickly & get it sold! My seller was extremely happy with Shane as well! The experience and process was flawless and easy!

  Shane Courtney with Coleman Roofing is great to work with. Help with insurance to get the max amount to replace our roof after a tornado went thru our neighborhood. They were always professional, on time and did a great job. Still working with Coleman Roofing for other damages and updates in our home. They have been great to work with.

  I highly recommend Shane Courtney and Coleman Roofing for home repairs. They completed a major roof repair project in accordance with our contract and Shane made sure that I was satisfied upon completion. Both the work and the price were as agreed in the contract. They always came when scheduled – no instances of “no show.” It would seem unnecessary to make that comment, but so many contractors do not come as agreed. I plan to contact them again for future work.
