  What an amazing job! The wonderful folks of Coldstream did an amazing job on my flat room. My roof was very old an in need of a lot of repair. Brian was extremely helpful in coming out, and taking great estimates of what it would take to protect my house. Flat roofs are not as common these days so Brian even had his top notch roofer come out and give his opinion as well. I had the whole roof replaced at a great price! The roof looks amazing. Brian’s communication throughout the entire deal was awesome. And they did everything in a very fast manor, it only took them a few days. All before winter just as requested. The crew was very nice, and even cleaned off my back patio of all the leaves that were there. 10/10 would use Coldstream Exterior again.

  I highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors. We worked with Mike to replace our roof. He was responsive, timely, and knowledgeable. He provided helpful advice for insurance and beat multiple competing quotes by about $1,500. The crew was friendly and did an excellent job protecting our property during the project and cleaning up after.

  We had Coldstream replace our gutters and some flashing around the house. They were able to get us in quickly and their bid was great compared to other companies we had come out. Mike, our project manager, was very easy to reach with any questions and was great to work with. Crews were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job.
