  We recently had Cogent Construction replace a defective metal roof on our personal residence and business (5600sq ft). The process from start to finish was well organized, professional and with an exceptional focus on the details necessary to ensure a quality installation. The Cogent team is experienced, capable and committed to delivering superior results efficiently - they were an excellent choice for us and delivered great value for service.   We had the roof on our home and cabin both roofed by Cogent. I love them both. The cabin stands out in a nice colonial red metal roof while the house in town is a more sedate bronze brown metal. The staff is amazing to work with, always punctual and professional. Highly recommend.

  Fast, efficent, and honest. Cogent completed our project in under the projected time despite having to do extra work. They brought their professional team out and got the job done right! Highly suggest using this company for any of your roofing needs. Thank you to all of their employees, roofers, president and reception were all a pleasure to work with.
