  Excellent company to work with. Got a quick quote at they were able to start with the job within a few weeks. Very happy with the roof. High quality work, guaranteed, and the clean up was good too. Highly recommend working with cockney roofing

  We just purchased a home reroofed by Cockney in 2020. When we discovered that rusty roofing nails covered a side yard, we asked to have a magnet run over the area. They could have cared less. Since then, we recovered a large plastic bag full of old nails

  I have paid full price for a roof done on my house by Cockney Roofing Inc (business in Largo) and I have a warranty. Over 40 areas of the roof have problems where the nails look like they are lifting off the shingles (bubbling). I'm not sure but it looks like maybe they used the wrong material. I approached the owner Chaz via phone earlier this year but he never called back. i sent him a certified letter months later but the business also never responded. I finally went to BBB and he said I have no claim without even looking at the roof. Do not do business with cockney roofing. Go elsewhere. I do not recommend this business to anyone and anybody is better than Cockney Roofing because they do not honor warranties.
