  Roofer refused to back up oral promise of 5 year warranty in writing despite dozens of requests from a realtor and attorney representing estate. In this day and age of scanning and email, not to mention faxes from 30 years ago, no excuse. Won't even mention snail mail. What does that tell you about the ethics and integrity of this contractor?
