  I wish I could give the Cochran family more than 5 stars! They are such a kind and hospitable family and we were so thankful for their plow services when we were snowed in up at Alarka Highlands. We were in a emergency situation and they were quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and quick to resolve our problems. We cannot thank them enough!

  After a couple of phone calls they finally came out and give me information I did not know about leveling out my yard and gave me a price which I think was a very reasonable for two loads of dirt and leveling my yard all the windows were shut down but just like with everyone else it may be a month or more before they can do it but I'm not in a hurry.

  Tim assisted me and my son on a property evaluation for purchase. He not only showed up on time but spent a considerable amount time reviewing the property, permits and intended use with us. Tim provided great insights on the best use of the land and where/what to do infrastructure-wise to maximize the potential and keep cost down. We will definitely be using his company for all excavation/septic work!
